Refund and Cancellation Policy

At The Trusted Trolley we strive to deliver products and services that will meet your needs and help you on your additive aware journey, avoiding harmful additives and preservatives.
We do understand that sometimes our products may not suit you. If you have decided that The Trusted Trolley isn’t meeting your needs, please email us and let us know how we can help. Requests for a refund are accepted via email within the period of 7 days after your order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed reasons why you are applying for a refund.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims

All requests to negate charges will be investigated by our Technical Service Team and legal department. If you make a fraudulent or unauthorised claim for credit card usage, we will report this to the credit card service provider.

Important Information

In order to obtain a refund you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to The Trusted Trolley. The Trusted Trolley will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of a refund that was a result of incorrect address details provided by you to The Trusted Trolley. This includes if the delivery address is incorrect in PayPal. The customer is responsible for providing the correct details related to any claim for refund.

Policy Changes

The Trusted Trolley reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on The Trusted Trolley website. You agree to periodically review our website, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our website and is subject to periodic revision. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
